| Brief about SLB WELFARE ASSOCIATION : | |
| * | The most Genuine Buyer's Association who have worked towards the benefit of buyers and getting their Project work start under the guidance of Authorities and Government. |
| * | We started working as warrior on one objective to get the flats completed in project, for which management committee members have run from one authority office to another, government officials etc. |

We all buyer's members held multiple meeting with GNIDA, DM, UP-RERA etc. for our flats in year 2019. |
| * | We have approached Chief Minister of UP for the delay in the flats. |
| * | Knowing the fact, the pain of buyers of not getting our flats - how tough and difficult path it was, we kept on progressing on our goal. |
| * | After lot of struggle and difficulties we were able to get an order under section 8 of RERA ACT - to complete the project by ourselves by order dated 6.06.2020. |

| 1 | Cleaning of site started with JCB and Labours. |
| 2 | Storage and working station were made for further construction work can be started. |
| 3 | Approved Drawings, sanction letters and other documents were collected and verified along from GNIDA. |
| 4 | Appointment of Technical Team, Architect Team and Contractor Company |
| 5 | Application for New Electricity connection was given to NPCL. New connection was approved and was given to site for construction under Association name |
| 6 | Re-Registration of the Project in UP-RERA under SLB Welfare Association name, application was given in November 2020, received approval letter from UP-RERA in March 2021 |
| 7 | All Team started the inspection, verification of site, maps, floor plans etc on site along with Engineers from the Contractor Company was done. |
| 8 | Appointment of CRM Team for the project was done. |
| 9 | Six - Sample flats were finished & office was established on site for buyers. |
| 10 | Phase -1 construction was started in December 2021. |
| 11 | Phase -2 construction started in 2022. |

We are very hopefully and glad that now we are progressing in the right direction and with speed. Our mission is to give flats to the respective existing genuine Allottees. The possession which have been approved by the UP-RERA. As ONE TEAM we have achieved up to this level, we are hopeful that you would come forward whole heartedly to support OUR COMMON SINGLE CAUSE. We are committed to fulfill our dream of having home in Sampada Livia and will not leave any stone un-turn to achieve the same. |
